STRESS has been described as the disease of modern society: we can’t live with it, we can’t live without it. When we are under too much pressure we tend to live our lives on overdrive and on the verge of ‘burnout’, whereas when there is insufficient stress in our lives we can be faced with boredom.

I think I had seen all types of Presidents in the Philippines: a genius like Ferdinand Marcos; a plain housewife in the person of Cory Aquino; a military man like Fidel Ramos; a popular artist like Joseph Estrada; and ofcourse an economist and harvard graduate like Glora Macapagal Arroyo. But nothing happened to our beloved country. To be fair, today, our country is now first honor when it comes to high percentage of poor citizenry at least in Asia. This is because of the worst performing president of them all – the latter. I think she’s genius when it comes to maneuvering government projects based on numerous projects that were investigated which until now, nothing happened. I can’t describe her to be honest. The legacy of her father – the late Diosdado Macapagal – has come to waste. And I am afraid she totally destroyed the name – Macapagal. No thanks to her husband – the father of all corrupt men and women in the Philippines – a perceived conclusion by some.
Laziness brings curse in our lives. The more diligent we are, the more blessings come our way. Therefore, the antidote of this kind of curse, is hardwork. It is a sad note that most third world countries like the Philippines and India has culture of sluggardness or lack of diligence. People tend to choose queuing so long just to get a lotto ticket rather than spending time doing something that promotes productivity.

It is true that pursuing excellence as citizens of God’s Kingdom here on earth is not an easy task. And with that in mind, let me state that poor health and illness are some of the favorite tools of the enemy – Satan – to hinder us in pursuing excellence. In pursuit of excellence, we must be physically fit!
We are serving a God of Excellence and so we must also be known and characterized by excellence.

In the midst of economic recession all over the world, it is becoming so important for us to have a better understanding about money, wealth, and personal finance.
The process of understanding personal finance is understanding “about us” and “about money.” This subject matter is not just about cashing cash, checks, paying bills, and meeting our monthly obligations but also about accumulating enough wealth to achieve family goals and aspirations through the application of sound financial principles and behavior.

Magneto hydrodynamic technology now known as Magnetic Technology was developed in the late 1800’s and later proven by Faraday, Van der Waals, Divac and Einstein. The successful application of this technology to combustion-powered vehicles is based upon the degree of reaction of hydrocarbon based fuel to an abrupt, specifically directed magnetic field, perpendicular to the flow of the fuel. When achieved, this causes both dispersion and energizing of the hydrocarbon molecules flowing through the fuel line, enabling a greater number of molecules to combine with oxygen. This enhanced combustion results in more efficient burning of fuel for better mileage, reduced emissions and improved engine performance

Oftentimes, we easily complain about what’s happening in our lives. “God is punishing me!” are common words that comes out of our mouth. This happens because we have an incomplete view of God’s dealings, seeing His plan only half finished and underdeveloped. The truth is, all of us is a work in progress. The “It is finished!” words of Jesus Christ in the cross of Calvary 2,000 years ago does not apply here – redemption, yes – but not to his plan for us. His purpose why he created us is to bring him glory. “I have created you for my glory.” assured God to David, the greatest King of Israel.
